Cancellation
To cancel your booking, email us and inserting the word ‘Cancel’ in the subject line. The email must include the following details:
1. Order ID number
2. Email address you used for the booking
3. Name used for the booking
4. Bank details for refund
Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers’ requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
≥2 Days prior to arrival | Full Refund (deduct 5% Bank fee) |
<2 Days prior to arrival | No refund |
NO-SHOW | No refund |
Refund Process
The duration required to process a refund depends on the method of payment originally used. Here are the specifics for each payment gateway:
• Alipay / PromptPay / Bank transfer : They are typically processed quickly and should appear in your account within 24 to 72 hours after initiation.
• Debit / Credit Cards: Refunds processed through cards usually take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account. However, processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Credit card refunds typically appear within one full billing cycle, while debit card refunds may take up to 14 business days.
