How to make changes to my booking?
Email us. Please give us at least 48 hours before your arrival time if you need to make changes. We may be unable to accommodate extra passengers or luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Email us as soon as possible so we can change the schedule to suit your needs. You will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed.
What happens if I’m late?
Outside of delayed flights, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if passengers are more than 15 minutes late. Please inform us in advance if you believe you will be late to the pickup point.
