Great customer service, however, the car they were using is maybe on its last ride and basically it broke down on our way back, however they solved the trip back on time with another vehicle! And I would appreciate it if the drivers don’t use their phones when they’re driving.

I had an excellent experience with Thai Pick Upp. Mr. Tee was proactive in reaching out to me before my flight to Bangkok, ensuring everything was well-coordinated. Despite the heavy peak-hour traffic, the pick-up was prompt and efficient. Additionally, Mr. Tee went the extra mile by recommending kid-friendly places, which my family thoroughly enjoyed. We paid for the services of Thai Pick Up for a shuttle from the airport to the Thonglor district for my family, our suitcase and even our cat. We had some problems at the airport which forced the driver to wait more than 1 hours!!! Despite this, we were received in a super comfortable and beautiful car. We were welcomed like VIPs and the driver was smilely. The service was perfect from start to finish I recommend 100%
