Terms and Conditions

 
1. Booking Period
 
The booking period begins at the time and date specified in the booking agreement and ends when the driver dropped you off at the agreed destination as per the booking agreement.
Extensions of the booking period must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
 
2. Driver Provided
 
Thai Pick Up will provide a professional driver for the vehicle.
The driver will operate the vehicle in accordance with all local traffic laws and regulations.
 
3. Usage Restrictions
 
The vehicle must be used for the purposes agreed upon in the booking agreement.
The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities.
The vehicle cannot be driven outside the designated geographical area specified in the agreement without prior approval from Thai Pick Up.
 
4. Payment Terms
 
Pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (+10% processing fees apply).
 
5. Cancellations and Amendments
 
Cancellations must be made in accordance with Thai Pick Up‘s Cancel & Refund Policy.
Amendments to the booking may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Please read our Cancel & Refund Policy.
 
6. Client Responsibilities
 
The Client must ensure the vehicle is used in a safe and responsible manner.
The Client must inform Thai Pick Up of any issues or concerns with the vehicle immediately.
The Client is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the booking period.
 
7. Company Responsibilities
 
Thai Pick Up is responsible for providing a vehicle in good working condition and a professional driver.
Thai Pick Up will handle regular maintenance and any mechanical issues that arise during the booking period.
 
8. Dispute Resolution
 
Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as specified by Thai Pick Up.
By booking a transport service with a private driver from Thai Pick Up, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
